Photography 101 - School of Life - I take pictures of anything, but I love to take pictures of nature. There is something about an inanimate object that just makes a great subject. You usually have time to really examine the object and catch the essence in a way that perhaps no one has really noticed before.

My name is Piper. By day, I'm a system analyst, by evening, an instructor at a local community college, and in my spare time my husband and I travel to new places, familiar places, or, pretty much any place. I try have at least one camera with me at all times, and unfortunately I'm known for forgetting my extra battery, not putting the SD card back in the camera, or forgetting the camera all together (however, I'm getting better about that).
