What can I say about myself, and how should I say it without sounding like I am placing an ad on an online dating site? I am not sure there is a not a way to sound like a single who is looking for love. lol.

I was raised and still currently reside in the great state of Texas. With a great mixture of city and country, I am sure I will never run out of things to Blip about.

I used to work as a paramedic, and though I loved that job, I needed to change careers because of injury.

In addition to saving people, I love to save cats and dogs. Until they can find a home that will love them forever, I open my home and give them the love they may never have received.

I began to take pictures at a young age because my dad (who got me onto Blip) encouraged me. I have always loved photography but was never really satisfied with the cameras I could afford. Now, I am just digital with a simple point and shoot, but have my eye on a few "vintage" film cameras that will allow me to take the photo I see in my head.

Because I didn't have the camera that loved or a place to display what I did take, I stopped taking pictures. But, thanks to Blip, I have a reason to take as many pictures as I can!
