Luis Dias is a Skipper, Pelagic Tours Leader and do guide tours through the Atlantic waters around Madeira Island. His academic formation in Marine Biology and Fisheries together with is experience in several research projects in marine birds ecology and cetaceans conservation on atlantic islands (Azores, Madeira, Cape Verde) allow him to lead pelagic tours with all knowledge. Luis has a great enthusiasm by all of the marine activities being also a dive master and a nature and underwater photographer.
