I retired on 12th June 2008 after exactly 25 years service with the same fashion retail company (before that I worked for Yorkshire Water and North Eastern Gas).

Now that I'm retired I'm busier than ever ~ I am part of an all-male walking group (who have been referred to as The Old Geezers), we go walking in the Yorkshire Dales every Tuesday and always finish with a pint of beer in a Dales pub; I've become interested in bird watching and like to visit the RSPB reserves whenever I can.
