I was a photographer in the Royal Air Force from 1961 to 1983 - so we're talking about steam-age photography here. What I need to polish up is creative photography, although I realise that a photo a day is a tall order as far as having everything creative is concerned.  But, with an iPhone with me most of the time unexpected opportunities may come up. We'll see:-)

I joined the RAF in 1961 with the motive 'to travel', and I certainly have been lucky enough to have done that. But - I still haven't got travel out of my system, and am always looking out for further opportunities, though sadly now without my lovely wife, Liz, who died in August 2014. Suddenly I'm a single traveller again, and that feels weird!
