Update at 1460 blips.

It should have happened sooner but it did not.

Update at 1460 blips.

It should have happened sooner but it did not.

Blip is not a race. I used to blip every day but no more.

Blip used to be more friendly. Now if you don’t comment on hundreds of people every day no one even bothers to look at your work. Very click it has become.

I’m sad about it but such is life.

It seems that today is mine 3rd Blip Birthday. It is long overdue, I did not blip for a while which caused the gap.

This was due to some software issues I faced when Nikon stopped support for Capture NX2 on the new MACs - not a very clever decision.  But I managed to overcome it , I think ::))

I was also very upset and unhappy to put it mildly at change of Blipfoto to so called Polaridblipfoto. I think it is a Monster. But it is here so let's participate.

Apparently the future of Blipfoto is uncertain. I pledged my contribution towards the rescue mission and we shall see what happens. My last year of real life was dominated by work and music. I went back to playing guitar, mainly blues and it has made me very happy. But I also love my photography and I will try to blip.

Unfortunately my commenting is rather sparse. No apologies. I just do what time allows me to.

I have just had a ver long break from blip. I have taken pictures almost every day and I will catch up but I just needed a rest from the so called Polaroid Blip, I still do not lie it but never mind.
I am away a lot, working quite far from home and I canly publish when I am at home.. So there will be breaks in publishing.

Photography is a passion and a great hobby . I did try freelance and semi social pro work a few years ago but it proved to hard to marry up with my work of being a doctor . So this is it . I love BlipFoto , I discovered it by chance when shopping on line with Calumet Photographic . I am addicted and no day is complete without a blip !

An update at 407 blips,



I am not even sure how I got here and managed to publish a picture every day but what counts this is still fun and passion . I will carry on and it is great to get all your comments , stars , sometimes Hearts : ) I publish what I feel is good and interesting . My commenting is a bit chaotic but I am doing my best so please be patient . Lets carry on Blipping everyone : ) AND NO DAY IS COMPLETE WITHOUT A BLIP !

Update approaching 730 blips.

I am almost here. Two Blipping years. 74 subscribers , 100 favourites and plenty of joy and satisfaction from publishing my daily images reflecting on my life and emotions. Not always easy but I love blipping and no day is complete without a blip :)))). Thank you very much my friends for your support. Leszek

Update after the blip has been cannibalised by the new website.

I am not sure if I will blip any more. It is 17 December 2014.. I am very angry at the crazy changes and I feel isolated and alienated. Bye for now.

I am still very unhappy about the changes in Blipphoto. My enjoyment is pretty low. I want old features back and I do not like the Polaroid takeover. Why can we no longer to choose the thumbnails and what happened to thr groups we used to have? I raised this issues in the blog but I might be talking to the brick. I am just about hanging in but..........
