A retired teacher of English and Media Studies, my interests are: family, fiction, history, cinema, art, theatre, sport and...oh yes, photography.

I'm enjoying the Blip community and the challenge of the daily blip (though I occasionally miss one). Taking photographs for a wider audience than usual is quite an incentive to "get it right" or think about the choices available and I'm learning from looking at the tremendous talent out there.
