Maybe I'm just a nosey git, but I discovered that when I find a blip I like, I also like to read the 'about this journal' and find out more about the person who took the pic. I'm a not-yet-mid-30's Scotsman, living in Penarth, Wales with my partner, Mathew. I am studying part-time at Swansea, for my Masters in Creative & Media Writing. I also work as a team leader in a call centre in Cardiff.

I've always expressed an interest in photography, but did nothing about it until recently, when I discovered flickr and decided I really wanted a DSLR. On Friday 11/06/10 I found a white Pentax K-X at a bargain price. My People Twitching friend Gail introduced me to blipfoto very shortly after, so what you see here is a record of my very first baby steps!
