I drew my first breath of this world on midday Sunday. It was a very beginning of Lithuanian spring in 1990, and my mother remembers church bells calling for a midday Mass and me crying. However, I always liked autumn.

Twenty years later I purchased my first camera and was genuinely overwhelmed by beauty one can find looking through a camera lens.

Sometimes I wish everyone could have one (not necessarily a real one) to realize that there are so many things in this world. Some of them are beautiful, some of them are breath-taking and some of them are deeply sad.
