My original Blog started after I made the decision to join the dreaded gym. So what you say ? Well my friends, when you are a total gymophobic and the very thought of exercise makes you eat cake, taking this decision is not easy. I am no Cindy Crawford, well not physically, and probably never will be but to be able to enjoy the finer things in life, I need to get in shape.
