The most important things in my life are...
1 - My 3 children.
Emily is 33. She's a Social worker gaining a First Class Honours Degree at Kingston University. She works with me in Child Protection. She is also my best friend. She's finally found love with Spencer. They have 2 boys Matty (3) and Mylo (3 months).
Sophie is 31. She's a Probation Officer after studying Criminology. She has also just bought her first home with BF Josh. She's beautiful and clever and has a little boy Jasper (3).
Sam is 29 and moved to Cornwall 10 years ago to start a new life near my Brother. I miss him being so far away but try to see him as often as I can as Fistral Beach is my favourite place in the world.
2. Ray. My second husband. We have been married for 14 years. Hes gentle, handsome, caring and Romantic. I love him very much. He has no idea what goes on here but willingly meets Blippers and has got quite used to me shouting "smile"!!
3. My camera! Never go anywhere without it!!! I have a Nikon D750 and recently bought a zoom lens which I love but am currently building up muscles to carry it!!!!
Memories need to be treasured and how best to do that than behind a lens.
I started blipping in Nov 2012, with the aim of completing just a year non stop. Here I am over 14 years later with no intention of stopping!
I bought my very first camera when I was 12, saving hard and using coupons I collected from the back of a Weetabix box! I have always loved photography but struggled to understand the complexities of the camera and actually still do - but I'm learning. I have discovered Affinity Photo, a cheaper version of Photoshop but it still baffles me!!!
I'm a Retired Nurse, Loves Hearts and live in West Sussex. I used to work with vulnerable children in care but was made redundant in December 2020 so went on a pottery course and now run my own pottery studio.
I like to have a bit of fun behind the camera so find Blip the perfect place to be!
xXx
25.1.19 New addition to our family. Bella a cockerpoo. Never short of a Blip with a fur baby in the house!!
