I caught the 'shutterbug' at around 12 years of age - many many years ago! In the past 10 years it has become more of an obsession - my camera and the thought of getting out and about capturing magical and mundane moments are what keep me going in life. I see things mostly in a romantic, artistic way, and like to try and convey the way that I see moments as they appear to me.

A passionate photography hobbyist I work full time in a management role and enjoy the freedom in my spare time of escaping with my camera.

My favourite subject, as my journal will more than likely reflect are flowers - photographed in every which way but especially macro close up shots, or artistic renderings using a large aperture.

My life is not particularly interesting, pretty ordinary really, but I hope the images will be of interest as I tell my story. I really like the idea behind blipfoto and look forward to seeing what everyone has to show from their daily lives.
