Always dancing...from my birth in May of 1944. I continued to dance through the birth of my two children: Moira and Ivan, and my grandchildren: Olivia, Wyatt, Julia and Bryce.  As I danced I rediscovered the essential union of air and earth...of breath and body, spirit and matter as the basis for my life's dance, whatever form it takes. It has found manifestation (my Airth) through performance, teaching, poetry, drawing, sculpture, music and through simply living and allowing expression to bloom.

And now photography... I have taken photographs throughout my adult life, but never really saw it as a means of expression, or a practice that could so enrich my daily life. Kendall, a long time blipper and lifelong friend has encouraged me in this and eventually inspired me to share my life dance with the amazing community to be found on Blip. I have kept a blog with for a few years: A Dance Of Balance, but I have found this to be a more welcoming venue...and the photography often superb. I am happy to be welcomed as I am: aging but still dancing.
