Hi...I'm Karen, a retiree, and when I'm not travelling I live in Perth, Western Australia, or in my holiday home in Margaret River, in the south west of Western Australia. I love travelling and have been to several countries (Bali, New Zealand, Chile, Egypt, Sabah, Malaysia, Thailand, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA....wow....I won't go on...I didn't realise that it was so many countries..but there is still a lot of world out there to discover). I have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.

I have been interested in photography for a few years now but until recently I have been a "point and shoot" photographer and now I am interested in learning about techniques and taking more control of the outcome. I would like to do more street photography and people.
