I'm a retired teacher, originally from California. I found out about blip from a friend on Twitter. Living in a rainy climate, I like to photograph natural scenes and flowers and so forth, because it cheers me up. I'll also be posting shots from day trips we will take to explore the surrounding area. I have a dog and a cat, enjoy watching birds at the feeder and do a lot of reading too.
