I'm me, that's all I can say really. That is in fact, I believe, all that you can say about anybody. A person is defined by what they do, so hopefully this journal will tell you more about who I am than anything I can write in this paragraph.

The journal title relates to one of the things that I hope to accomplish by doing this, which is to take some time every day to stop worrying and do something I enjoy. We are all guilty of spending time worrying when we really shouldn't so I intend to try and stop.
