January 2020  Five years on Blipfoto with no end in sight.    Keeping up with a photo a day is motivational (even if the photo is not great) and gets me out of the house or looking around the house for something to photograph.   

January 2019   Four years on Blipfoto and I still am so excited to see the world through the eyes of all the Blippers.  Making new friends in person and on social media is such a great thing!   

 Wanted to add my email because one never knows when an email might be the start of something wonderful!

2016 - Approaching my 2 years with Blipfoto and what a joy it has been!  Seeing photos from around the world, meeting new online friends and meeting some Blippers in person plus enjoying the interaction with others that love photography.  So glad I signed up!   Looking forward to to more Blipfoto!

2015 -
I have been taking photos for many years but only when I retired about 5 years ago did I really pursue learning and finding out what I really like.  

I love being in nature but also like street photography, not so much the people, but the hidden gems like door handles and reflections in windows.  

I find myself leaning more toward contemplative photography, simplicity and the basic photography qualities; light, lines, color, texture, perspective.    I like some abstracts also and recently got into doing black and white. Finally got brave enough to get the camera in manual mode.    

I do not edit much..have not used photoshop even though I have it.   Try to get the best photo right in the camera.

Always looking for ways to learn, see some of other  world beyond and meet photographers that are passionate about recording their life as I am.
