I am a born and bred Shetlander and proud of it.  I love the Islands and the freedom and beauty they offer. A paradise for photography (unless you are into trees!).

I have loved photography for many years and have picked it up again, after having family and life being busy, in the last ten years or so.  

I had a Canon 400D for many years but last year upgraded to the 60D.  I mostly use the Tamron 18 - 270 lens.  I have  a Canon macro lens and the new Tamron 150 - 600mm and enjoying them all.

I am a mum of two and granny of five.  All the family are on the Islands and are very settled here.
