I have spent my life surrounded by wonderful, creative people. My mother is a photographer, so most of my childhood I was in front of a camera lens. When I got of age, I realized it was more interesting to be behind it. I am currently finishing up my BA with emphasis on Art History and minor in Philosophy. It is so easy to get bogged down with research and papers forgetting what you really love about the subjects. Keeping my creative eye fresh and being constantly aware of the world around me is necessary to my well being. I love the way looking through a camera lens can define or alter a person's perceptions of the world around them and I am anxious to share my perceptions with other people.
