Lived in Scotland, Switzerland, and now back in my native Holland after 23 years away. My real passion is painting,  and photography more a witness of my curiosity - although after a year of blipping I do find myself obsessed with the latter as well :-) 

I'm touched by the opportunity to see so much, and in such a poetic way, of the lives and of the talent of people all over the world by having joined here. Thank you!

Update December 2014 - Thanks to Blipfoto and my Blipfriends I've come to understand so much more about photography, cameras, and how to develope your personal style. I've developed a real love of old lenses and old cameras and mostly use film instead of digital (though I do scan the negatives in). This doesn't make for an easy daily Blip - and it's too hard to keep up with faster digital life. So, I'm rarely around anymore.
