Blip became part of my life in June 2011 when my son-in-law P headed off to Nepal to work and my daughter R spent her school holidays visiting him. Blip kept us in touch whilst we worked / lived in different parts of the UK and abroad.
Much to my surprise I was introduced to the lives of Blippers round the world and have made so many friends. Wonderful supportive people who have taught me loads!!
Three and a half years later I am now a “retired” nurse and spend my time on my various craft hobbies. Husband B is sort of retired (definition to be determined!!) so we have the time to enjoy our travels.
Blip provides me with a diary of daily activities, which include some excitement, little gems of events and other more mundane run of the mill days…..my life!!
P is now working in Saudi Arabia and R has a demanding new job in the UK.
Blip is still fulfilling the criteria that we set at the outset ....to keep in touch……many thanks to the team. :0)
Nov '16. Time for an update. All change locationwise, we are all in Lincolnshire / Nottinghamshire area and looking forward to more exciting changes in 2017!
