Contrary to popular belief, my name is Luke, not Barbara. Barbara is the name of my 'journal', although this seems to have caused a lot of confusion on a number of occasions. Anyway, I'm now working as a research assistant in a plant science laboratory in Yokohama, and trying to see and enjoy as much of life in Japan as possible!
