Not being a driver means that much of my time is spent wandering along footpaaths to and from supermarkets. The leisurely pace gives me time to appreciate hedgerows, ponds and parks - or the beach, sea and sky. The exercise keeps me healthy whilst appreciating nature feeds my soul.

Not being a driver means that much of my time is spent wandering along footpaaths to and from supermarkets. The leisurely pace gives me time to appreciate hedgerows, ponds and parks - or the beach, sea and sky. The exercise keeps me healthy whilst appreciating nature feeds my soul.
The best way to record the day is with a photo accompanied by a few words so WorleWanderer has emerged from the chrysalis.
Travel has formed major part of my life but age and health issues now restrict me to the UK. My latest endeavour being to visit all 64 surviving seaside piers around the coast of Britain. Having to rely on public tranport means this is a long term project.
On days when energy is lacking I can be found in a comfy chair clicking away with the knitting needles. My other interests include genealogy, historical research and collecting oh so many things. Old photo albums are a special favourite.
Variety is the spice of life.
