My husband encouraged me to take on a hobby (besides shopping) and in July 2011, I finally jumped into the deep end and started shooting with a Nikon D5100. No turning back now.

Photography has become my new favorite way to engage socially and get out and about. I'm hoping that this journal will encourage me to process my photos a bit faster since I generally tend to run 6 months behind.
