Born and bred in Yorkshire, I now live in the middle of the Yorkshire Wolds.

I have only been taking photos for a couple of years and am an enthusiastic but haphazard amateur.

I am a keen sports person having played tennis, sailed in the North Sea and skied regularly in Europe and America Now, however I am limited to golf, and after that apparently there is only bowls! (Apologies to any keen bowlers!)

I like to photograph the landscape, the seasons especially the winter, wild flowers and anything quirky that interests me.

I am going to try a 365 which will be quite a challenge for me not only the discipline but getting to grips with all the technology.

Here's hoping I'm still snapping at this time next year.
