I was introduced to this site in 2011, by a former Blipper while studying an Open University photography module and originally I decided to use just the garden for my pictures, but that is limiting, especially in the winter. Instead I try to use Blip to record the activities of my day although this is not always possible. However, it does mean that I can record and see, from year-to-year, what I have done on a particular day, much the same as I would if I kept a diary, but with pictures.
I retired from my full-time occupation with PriceWaterhouseCoopers on 30 June 2006 and from tutoring, part-time, for the Open University on 30 June 2019.
My pictures are generally straight out of the camera although some are cropped; the majority are not ‘Photo-shopped’ or as I now use only an Apple Mac, ‘Pixelmated
My husband also has a journal which can be viewed here.
