Had a fleeting interest in photography as a teenager but got back into it a few years ago with a point and shoot then my first DSLR in 2010.  I am a Nikon user - currently using a D750, after D7000 and D90.  Also have the wonderful Fuji X100 which serves me well on holidays abroad.  Also love the camera in my iPhone.   

I am married and have one son who is presently living at home and works locally. I'm sort of retired but hope to get back to self-employment once health related issues are addressed in 2020.  

Other interests are running (currently training for my 9th or 10th Great North Run), music and I have recently started coastal rowing.   These hobbies have taken a bit of back seat over the past year as I await a kidney transplant.  I have just completed the half way point of an Open University Art History degree; which makes a welcome change from a career in finance.
