A retired engineer who is still passionate about good engineering living in East Anglia in a village with a silly name.
Cycler, boater, occasional fisherman, walker, trying to do more of all these activities although the motorhome has been replaced with a folding caravan now for travels with the "governor" and the cruiser has a new owner and (another) new boat has come on the scene.
Despite good intentions my attempt to keep this daily journal as a recording of our activities and use it as a means to see the world rather than just glance at it as we rush by has not always been successful.
