I'm fascinated by the past, and by those places where the past slips into the present, sometimes so you'd hardly even notice. Born in Scotland, but brought up in Yorkshire among that side of the family, my roots are in Sheffield & Leeds, Glasgow & the Western Isles. I now live and work in York. I have inattentive adhd, and I look after my mum who has Alzheimer's.
