I thought it was about time I introduced myself.  I live in the West Midlands with my husband and a budgerigar called Monty.  We have two daughters and two grandchildren.  I am a retired Social Worker.  I was introduced to Blipfoto by my daughter and son in law (kwdiane and kwchas).  I have always taken photographs, but very much snapshots to remember specific occasions.  I am enjoying learning to take a photograph for it's own sake, as an end in itself.  So here's to the next 500.
