Magnets

Today we spent some time browsing the shops at Fishermans Wharf and looking at the seals who hang out there. It actually reminded me slightly of Blackpool, but with less Stag parties.

We also took a boat out to Alcatraz and had a tour of the island, it was fascinating to hear of the escape attempts and amazing to see what used to go on out there!

I had a blip from Alcatraz that I was going to use which was of an old rusty dilapidated radiator in the library area, but on reflection I think the colourful fridge magnets that were being sold on the wharf is probably a better reflection of being on holiday!
