Raggy the Blackbird

This is Raggy (hence the title) so named because of his rather tattered tail. I see him in the garden every day and he is such a character. He is quite tame and will allow a close approach if you don't make any sudden movements. I'll sit on the seat and he'll sit in the border right behind me to get his photo taken.

The mealworms I ordered last week finally arrived this morning and Raggy is absolutely loving them. So far I haven't seen anything visit the feeder but it's early days yet! I chucked some in the border for Raggy and also underneath the seed feeder and the Robins and other Blackbirds have been taking them too.
