happy world book day

against all odds, all three girls were happy with the costumes that I'd made/cobbled together for their schools world book day event. to say they were excited this morning is an understatement...they were all up before 7.30am. watching all the kids and teachers dressed up in the playground was hilarious - one of my favourites was beth's pal ellie dressed as the queen of hearts - I got a brilliant photo of her that I would love to have blipped too. but of course the cat in the hat, violet baudelaire and fox in socks were my favourite favourites.

so after all that costume making I was colouring in beth's 'multiplication board game' until about 9 tonight - what the blazes?! I'm off to bed...
