Duck For One

When a person lives among a family, a good meal will often be a shared joy, and opinions will roll regarding the various flavors and virtues of the food. But I live alone, and I cooked this duck knowing full well that only I would taste it. This blip is almost the only way by which anyone but I will know that I cooked a duck on March 3rd.

For the record: It's a fresh duck, raised in the United States. Blood oranges inside, sea salt, black pepper, and blueberry honey outside. The duck tastes good.
