The Office
At long last I managed to download the software with which to put together the wedding album I mentioned the other day. I must admit that I hate using these bespoke pieces of software. They promise the earth but inevitably I end up thinking that I could do a better job by simply using Photo Shop and my imagination. The job would get done in half the time too! Unfortunately the photographer had shown the bride some examples he had run up himself and she insisted on using some backgrounds which are unique to this particular software and cannot be lifted out into PS. Anyway the job is now done and all I have to do is to phone him and get him to collect.
The blip for today is the office with the job in progress and me wondering what to do with two shots which were way out of sequence. Having reached the last few photos I realised that I was left with two frames which were shot in the bride's home right at the start of the day. All the way back to page 2 I had to go in order to re jig everything. All done now. What's the betting the bride will change her mind on seeing the proofs?
