Another Friday, another 5K (and a beer!)

Can't quite work out where this week has gone. A good day at work - things planned for our Spring Meeting and papers for our next journal issue selected. Even managed a trip to the pub at lunchtime (first for a while - Pub and gym in January).

The running was hard work tonight. I think I started a bit too fast. A good (and very long song) on my ipod kept me going to over half way and then it didn't seem too far to the end.

Husband walked down to the gym and had the glass of lager waiting for me as I emerged from the changing rooms (still a lovely shade of puce).

And now the weekend can begin.
