Stealth Fire Installed

I remember that, when I was searching for a fire for the Great Room, I googled phrases such as double-sided, double-windowed, dual aspect, etc. because I knew I needed to find one which would look as good from the side as it did face on.

Imagine my delight when I came across mention of the very aptly named 'Stealth Fire' by Wanders. And, even better, when I clicked through to the site, it was just the perfect shape.

That was nearly two years ago but today was the day that it was installed.

Sadly it will not be commissioned for another few weeks but Turbo very gamely lay in his bed pretending that it was roaring away for this photo.

By the way, it's Spirit the Burmese cat doing a handstand in the corner. She was supposed to be sitting still but you know cats...
