On the way out of the door.
Another busy day at work, and many thanks to all those who left notes of sympathy after our loss yesterday. It was very kind.
I also received a lovely sympathy card from my staff, who had all signed it and expressed how sorry they were. One of my colleagues in another office expressed surprise that I was at work at all, but you see once they are gone, they are gone, and I guess there is nothing better for the soul than to bury your grief in trying to help others.
So, this is the view leaving the surgery tonight, and the sign is put there as a reminder to me and my staff, that being the best that we can be, and giving the most in terms of customer service, costs us little.
There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.
Exactly.
( and I guess it's a shy self portrait in a way too......)
