Sick Day

Woke up feeling really rotten this morning and could not work up the energy to get dressed. Had to make a dash for the bathroom a couple of times too. So I took a sick day.

Stayed in bed until about 2.30pm and then got up and had a banana and went for a walk up by the golf club.

Ran into Old Mills in the shop and I went over to his place to say hi to Princess who has a 'syndrome'. She is cool about it and so are parents, thank goodness. The Old Mill cooked for us both and I managed to keep it down (no reflection on the cooking of course, just my dodgy tummy).

A good day.
