A doosey

Yah, a doosey of a day.

So glad the majority is over now. Nothing dramatic. Just me being stupid.

I was cold most of the day. The weather has been a little bit unbearable. I know we need the rain, but it makes me grumpy.

I didn't have any photos, so I stopped by the dock looking for some seagulls. I knew they had it worse than me with all the wind and rain. I have cover, and there they sit all cuddled together trying to stay warm.

I noticed several of them were down in the waves taking baths. It was really funny to watch. Why a bath when it's pouring down rain?

Nearly every recent statement from my 5 year old starts like this: "Maybe when the sun comes out....."

Me: "Yes, maybe."
