mr. intellectual...

got up during the night to help mom - went back to my room - low and behold... there was this little one making a beeline for the book i was reading. moving fast - and no stopping him either... man he was moving quickly. up and down and all around the book; climbing the pages as though to take in every word even though it was closed.

i was trying to snap fast to keep up and talking out loud "slow down, slow down - little one.." that didn't help, let me tell you... he wasn't listening to me for there was a mission he was on. at one point, i felt a flutter and up onto my hand he came, but there was no way i could've taken a shot of that pose at the speed of movement.

so this is what we have today. a ladybug reaching to read a current bestseller - longing to appear studious... how funny.
