Calm before the storm

Writing this the day after, so I'm foggy on all that happened today.

I remember knowing I absolutely had to make an effort to get outside even for a little bit in order to capture anything at all. I managed a short break in the day to grab this shot of a daffodil (my birth flower). This is straight out of the camera.

Oh, I remember! Today my son received his second term report card. I was so pleased that he has raised almost all his scores. He's still having large difficulties with "Listen and Follow Directions," which really worries me. But when I do the research on how to help a child improve listening skills, we are doing everything right. I mean everything. I was actually hugely surprised. So I guess we'll keep at it and hope for the best.

We took him for dinner at his favorite Chinese restaurant. It's been at least 2 months now since we've been out for any food. A quick stop at the Dairy Queen topped off his night. :)

The title refers to tomorrow (or today actually)...
