Busy day today. Went to church, then for a run, then dropped the bikes off for a service before going to friends to watch the rugby (good effort but just not quite good enough) and have dinner. Straight to bed for the boys when we got home and then had to do some work. Should be doing a bit more but suddenly realised I hadn't taken a photo today. So this was my quick effort.
