Above Moffat

Today's the day ................ to return to winter

The sun was shining and it was a lovely spring day as we set off this afternoon to drive from Kendal to Edinburgh. The further north we went however, the colder it got. By the time we climbed up from Moffat towards the Devil's Beeftub, there was snow on the top of the hills.

It did look beautiful - but definitely a step back into winter .........
