The house next door finally sold at auction and is now getting a much needed makeover. I'm mad that the sales price is DRAGGING the values down still farther, but I'm happy that someone might actually move in - eventually, after almost three years being vacant.

Please, please, please, be a nice family who doesn't have chicken-eating dogs.
