Love & Monsters

Today was pay day and I got a teeny tiny bit extra. I could have done lots of boring sensible stuff with the money but decided to treat the girls instead.

They have been really really good lately and trying very hard. Evie was given her award yesterday and Jeanne has been very positive about going to school despite sometimes not feeling like it.

They have adjusted well to me doing more days and longer hours at work and know that when they help me out - by picking stuff off the floor, putting plates in the sink or putting their uniforms on to wash every night (E) and sorting their beds and blankets at bedtime (J) that it makes for a smooth running ladies only home!

So, current obsession is Moshi Monsters so I got them a few MM goodies. They were extremely pleased and I was pleased to be able to treat them. My blip, with echoes of my children - a cheeky monkey Moshi (J & E) and a Ninja to boot! (L)

In a happy place at the moment, promotion at work, promotion in lovelife, staying a size 8/10 despite Simon feeding me up!

And most of all...
Seeing every day my three girls thriving and succeeding in everything they do and becoming the strong women I encourage them to be!
