Pippi longing

After nursery the kids were allowed the treat of watching their new Pippi Langstrumpf DVD (because Mama was feeling terrible and wasn't up for reading the Gruffalo AGAIN!). I am not sure who enjoyed it more - me or them!

Seeing that film (which I loved when I was little) always makes me long for a "Lindgren Life" - a huge villa in the Swedish country side, with a horse on the terrace, a suitcase full of gold, and only time to play, go fishing, fly around in air-balloons or raid the sweetie store.
