Mauve in the Morning

I love daisies - they always make me smile. Particularly when they are this gorgeous mauve colour and are blooming in the bright morning sun but not quite fully open yet. By the time I passed them again a little after 2pm the sunlight was hazy and not even strong enough to produce shadows, the sky was kind of grey and everything felt much less springlike.
