Girl, Interrupted

Nic decided to have a wee shot on the trampoline this afternoon, seeing as the kids weren't here to spoil her fun. She had a blast jumping around like an eijit until she fell on her bum.

Polytunnelgate has now entered into the fourth year week. It is now covered in the plastic (polysomethingorother) covering, but the doors aren't on. I did ask if there was an option whereby the company that delivered it could have erected it (oo-er) but apparently there was 'nae need' for such an expense...anyone seeing my husband, father-in-law and my husband's cousin's husband (I know, it's like the Beverly Hillbillies around here) this evening would have agreed that any price was worth it, given the state the three of them were in after wrestling with plastic sheeting all afternoon.

Still we had a very enjoyable roast dinner and a chance to catch up with family that we don't see all that often. T'was a good day.
