Circular E-Mail...

I got a most tremendously circular e-mail today.

I sent a question to someone about a week ago. I knew they'd know the answer and could probably answer it off the top of their head. I was told that the process had become business as usual, wasn't their responsibility and so they forwarded it on to someone else. It then went around about 7 or 8 people before finally getting back to the same person I originally sent it to who answered it and then it made it's way back to my inbox another two steps later.

I understood that it was something that should eventually find itself a new home if the original were not to own it, but sheesh, what a waste of time.
